Welcome to Lanterntale. By accessing or purchasing from lanterntale.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

Lanterntale sells DIY wooden miniature kits for you to assemble yourself. Please note:

  • Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for young children. Assembly by, or under the supervision of, an adult is recommended.
  • Some items (such as glue and batteries) are not included, as noted on each product page.
  • Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to screens, lighting, and the handmade nature of assembly.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are tax-inclusive. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

3. Orders

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Delivery times, costs, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items. Please review it before purchasing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the Lanterntale name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Lanterntale and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lanterntale is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Site. Our kits are intended for craft and decorative purposes. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this Site at the time of your purchase is the version that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. For customers in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
