Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting a small, independent studio. Here's everything you need to know about how your kit reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order — no minimum spend. Your shipping cost is already included in the price, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Our kits ship from our overseas workshop, so please allow 9–15 business days for delivery after dispatch. Most orders arrive within this window; occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, customs, peak periods) may cause slight delays.

Estimated total time = 1–2 business days processing + 9–15 business days transit.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Customs & duties

For standard orders delivered within Australia, you won't be charged any additional customs fees or import duties on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Delayed or lost parcels
